Service Description

Our End-of-lease and Bond Cleaning service is designed to prepare rental properties for final inspections, handovers, and re-letting. We clean according to property manager inspection standards, focusing on detail and presentation to help tenants meet end-of-lease requirements and minimize bond-related issues. This service includes full internal property cleaning, kitchen cleaning including cupboards, benchtops, and splashback; bathroom, toilet, and laundry deep cleaning; shower screens; tiles and grout focus; floors vacuumed and mopped; skirting boards; and detailed dusting, as well as internal windows and window tracks. This service is suitable for full property cleans and larger homes that require additional time and attention before final inspection.
